Before entering The Retreat Pod™, your Retreat Guide will invite you to choose a simple intention for your retreat.

You'll step into your private Retreat Pod™, where a comfortable pillow and cozy Retreat Blanket await you.
Soft ambient lighting and immersive sound create a peaceful atmosphere designed to help you unwind.
Once you're comfortable, your Retreat Guide will close the lid and quietly leave you to enjoy your private retreat.
A button is within reach should you need us. to adjust anything.
Before your retreat begins, you'll be invited to take 20 slow, relaxing breaths.
There's no special breathing technique to master.
Just breathe slowly and comfortably.
Then simply let go.
Its your private retreat. For the next 45 minutes, there is nothing you need to do.
No effort.
