From the moment you arrive, our goal is simple—to help you leave the outside world behind and enjoy time that is completely your own.


Your Retreat Guide will warmly welcome you and answer any questions before your retreat begins.

There is nothing you need to learn.

No meditation experience is required.

Simply come as you are.

Arrive


Before entering The Retreat Pod™, your Retreat Guide will invite you to choose a simple intention for your retreat.

It might be:

  • Relaxation 
  • Peace 
  • Clarity 
  • Letting go 
  • Gratitude 
  • Rest 
  • Simply taking a well-deserved break 

There are no right or wrong intentions—only what feels right for you today.

 Settle In


You'll step into your private Retreat Pod™, where a comfortable pillow and cozy Retreat Blanket await you.


Soft ambient lighting and immersive sound create a peaceful atmosphere designed to help you unwind.


Once you're comfortable, your Retreat Guide will close the lid and quietly leave you to enjoy your private retreat.


A button is within reach should you need us. to adjust anything.

 Breathe


Before your retreat begins, you'll be invited to take 20 slow, relaxing breaths.


There's no special breathing technique to master.

Just breathe slowly and comfortably.


Then simply let go. 

 

 

Retreat 


Its your private retreat. For the next 45 minutes, there is nothing you need to do.

No effort.

No expectations.

No meditation skills required.

Simply relax and enjoy your experience as immersive sound and beautiful ambient light create a deeply peaceful environment.

Many guests describe this as feeling like taking a vacation from the outside world.

 


 Return


When your retreat is complete, your Retreat Guide will gently welcome you back.

There is no rush.

Take a few moments to stretch, breathe, and return at your own pace.






 

 

Refresh


After your retreat, you're invited to enjoy a complimentary Retreat Refresh while taking a few quiet moments before returning to your day.

Many guests enjoy sharing their experience, while others simply appreciate sitting peacefully for a few minutes.

Either way is perfectly welcome.
